Cucumber salad with apple, onion and lime

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar, white or brown
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. Salad, e.g. lettuce or iceberg lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Thinly slice or grate the cucumber, slice the onion into rings, and cut the apple into eighths and then thinly slice. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let stand for about half an hour. If desired, you can also add green salad or iceberg lettuce after the stand time.
