Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 400 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 25 g wheat bran
  • 25 g apricot(s), dried
  • 15 g sunflower seeds
  • 35 g mangosteen
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • n. B. dark chocolate
  • e.g. raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, cut the avocado flesh and the magostane into small pieces. It’s also recommended to chop the apricots and sunflower seeds. Now grate the dark chocolate. Mix the two types of yogurt together and add the ingredients gradually. You can adjust the amount of raisins to your taste. However, we advise against omitting them, as they are a source of energy for our brains. Finally, sprinkle the chocolate shavings over the yogurt, and you’re done.
