- 50 g oat flakes, fine, gluten-free
- 100 g mango(s), frozen
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder (Ceylon cinnamon)
- 1 tsp nuts, chopped

Soak the oats in water for 10 minutes. Blend with the frozen mango pieces, 1/2 banana, and cinnamon until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and garnish with the chopped nuts and the remaining sliced banana.
