Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine, soft
- 150 g sugar, brown or white
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp water
- 230 g flour
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80 g chocolate drops, vegan, or chopped vegan chocolate
- 1 handful of cocoa nibs

First, combine the margarine, sugar, baking soda, and water in a bowl. Then add the flour, salt, and baking powder and continue stirring until a crumbly dough forms. Finally, stir in the chocolate and cocoa nibs. Shape the dough into ping-pong ball-sized balls and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven) and bake the cookies at the correct temperature for about 7 minutes. Let cool for another 2 minutes, and the delicious cookies are ready.
