Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 200 g goat’s cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Healthy and quick dip

Wash the wild garlic, shake dry, and finely chop. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork. Mix in the wild garlic and olive oil and season with spices. This spread goes well with white bread or ciabatta.
