Apricot curry cream

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 100 g apricot(s), dried, cut into fine strips
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g goat’s cheese
  • 1 red chili pepper(s), without seeds, cut into fine strips
  • 1 tbsp curry powder (Madras curry)
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spicy – also as a dip

Combine the sour cream and goat’s cheese and mix well with the curry. Fold in the apricots and chili, and season the dip with sea salt.
