Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 100 g apricot(s), dried, cut into fine strips
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g goat’s cheese
- 1 red chili pepper(s), without seeds, cut into fine strips
- 1 tbsp curry powder (Madras curry)
- Sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Spicy – also as a dip
Combine the sour cream and goat’s cheese and mix well with the curry. Fold in the apricots and chili, and season the dip with sea salt.
