Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g butter
- 125 g whipped cream
- 2 eggs
- 220 g flour
- ½ lemon(s), untreated, some zest
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 160 g sour apple, finely chopped
- some lemon juice
- 40 g almonds (flaked almonds)
- 40 g butter
- 30 g sugar
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, melt 40g of butter and set aside. Combine the batter ingredients in a bowl and beat everything with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Fold in the prepared apple. Line 12 muffin cups with double paper baking cups (this is necessary for the topping). Pour the batter evenly into the cups. Distribute the flaked almonds over the batter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and drizzle with 1 level teaspoon of melted butter. Then bake for about 20-25 minutes using fan/convection oven (middle rack) at 175°C or top/bottom heat (middle rack) at 200°C.
