Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Mix all crumble ingredients with a dough hook. For the filling, place all ingredients in a microwave-safe, deep mixing bowl, stir briefly, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600W. Then blend everything briefly with a hand blender a few times (5-6 times). There should still be some recognizable pieces (about 1/3 of the original amount). Spread the mixture into a small baking dish; it should be about 1 cm thick. Up to this point, you can also prepare the apple crumble well. It should only go into the oven shortly before guests arrive and be served fresh. Keep both the filling and crumble separate and refrigerated until then. Sprinkle the crumble over the filling and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, let it rest briefly, and serve while still warm. The apple crumble can be served either as a dessert or with coffee/tea. Serve with whipped cream, vanilla sauce, or ice cream.
