Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 10 eggs
  • 3 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 packs of poppy seed cake
  • 2 kg low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until creamy. Mix the quark with the custard powder until smooth. Fold the egg mixture into the quark mixture. Grease and flour a baking sheet. Pour the quark mixture, except for one cup, onto the baking sheet. Mix the poppy seed mixture with the remaining quark mixture and spread it spoonfully over the surface. Use a knife to swirl through the blobs to create a marbled effect. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 60 minutes.
