Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon powder
- 1 shot of milk or rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
For 15 pieces
Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Now stir in the chocolate and cinnamon. Depending on the consistency of the batter, use milk or rum. The batter should be neither runny nor too thick. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan/circulating air) and pour the batter into muffin cups, filling each cup halfway. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown. Let cool, and decorate as desired.
