Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 chicken, frozen
- 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash the (thawed) chicken and pat dry. Spread the mustard evenly. Season with salt and pepper, then generously sprinkle with paprika until the mustard is slightly reddish. Place the whole thing on a chicken roasting tray/stand in the oven and place a coffee mug filled with water next to it. Bake at 180°C for about one hour. Note: If the stand doesn’t have a drip tray, please place a drip pan under the rack. 😉
