Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 2 onions
- 24 pieces of bratwurst (Nuremberg bratwurst)
- ½ bottle of tomato ketchup
- 100 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers, and slice the onions. Mix both ingredients together and spread evenly in a baking dish. Place the raw sausages in a single layer on top of the vegetables. Mix the ketchup and cream well and pour over the sausages until the sausages are completely covered. Bake in the oven at 150°C for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
