Pizza meatloaf

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g sausage meat (meatloaf meat)
  • 3 half bell peppers, red, yellow and green, diced
  • 250 g salami, diced
  • 250 g cheese, diced
  • 1 handful of fried onions
  • Fat for the mold
  • some water, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine the meatloaf mixture, diced bell peppers, salami, cheese, and fried onions. Then, “beat” the mixture into a greased loaf pan to prevent any hollow spaces. Before placing the meatloaf in the oven, smooth the surface with a little cold water. Bake for approximately 60 minutes at approximately 180°C. The meatloaf rises particularly well with an ovenproof dish filled with water in the oven.
