- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp water, hot
- 50 g cane sugar
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 750 g strawberries
- 1 pack of cake glaze

The ultimate light pleasure
Beat the egg yolks with water and brown sugar until foamy. Mix the flour and baking powder and sift them over the cake. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add them to the cake and fold them in thoroughly. Pour the batter into a greased and floured fruit base dish and bake at 150°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and leaves, and halve them. Arrange them on the cooled fruit base. Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions and pour over the strawberries. Diabetics can use fructose instead of brown sugar. Of course, you can substitute any fruit.
