  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 cups of quark
  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or coffee powder

Instructions

Whisk together the egg, sugar, and quark and spread it on the cake base. Whip the cream and pour it over the quark mixture. Sprinkle with some coffee powder or grated chocolate.
