Spaghetti with blue cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150g spaghetti
  • 100 g blue cheese of your choice
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until al dente. Cut the blue cheese into small cubes, add to a large pan, and add 2/3 of the cream. Melt the cheese cubes over low heat, stirring constantly. Season generously with pepper. Reduce the sauce until thickened. Finely chop some parsley and stir in. Drain the spaghetti well and stir into the sauce. Pour in the remaining cream. Let it simmer briefly. Then arrange the spaghetti and blue mushroom sauce on plates and serve garnished with parsley.
