quick Indian chicken

Cook rice according to the package instructions. Cut the chicken breast into strips and dust with the tandoori seasoning (this works best in a bowl with your hands—the meat should be nicely red). Add the oil and mix it in with your hands. Heat a pan until very hot. Then add the meat and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the honey and bring to a boil. Finally, add the sesame seeds and mix in. Serve the dish with the rice. Stir in the yogurt and serve. Serve with a green salad.
