Jostaberry and quark layered dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g quark
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 60 g sugar or as desired
  • 200 g jostaberries
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Stir the quark with the milk and about 40 g of sugar until smooth and season to taste. Trim and wash the jostaberries, then puree them with about 20 g of sugar to taste. First, divide half of the quark mixture between glasses, then top with the jostaberry mixture and then the remaining quark mixture. Finally, sprinkle the pine nuts on top.
