Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 320 g flour
- 220 g butter
- 150 g sour cream
- some condensed milk
- Sugar granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the cold butter into slices and quickly knead it with the flour and sour cream to form a dough. Chill for several hours. Roll out the dough – not too thinly – cut out small cookies and place them on a greased baking sheet. Brush the surface with canned milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.
