Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 5 tbsp milk
- 250 g quark
- 30 g sugar or to taste
- some lemon juice
- 1 large nectarine(s)
- 2 tbsp cranberries, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Let the chia seeds soak in the milk for 30 minutes. Then, mix the chia seed milk with the quark, sugar, and lemon juice. Wash, pit, and dice the nectarines. Pour the quark mixture into jars, then top with the nectarines and cranberries.
