Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg pork
  • 3 kg salt
  • 5 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the salt with the eggs. Then sprinkle a little salt about 1 cm high on a baking sheet. Place the meat on top and cover the meat with the remaining salt. Place the meat in the oven and bake at 200°C for about 2 hours. Serve with a dark sauce and boiled potatoes.
