Pork fillet in pepper sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cube of stock
  • sherry
  • peppercorns, green, pickled
  • possibly mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into small slices, season with pepper, and sear. Remove from the pan and pour the sherry over the pan juices. Let it evaporate slightly. Add the cream and crumble in the stock cube. Add the peppercorns and simmer. Serve with tagliatelle, rice, or bread dumplings. If you like, you can also saute a few mushrooms.
