Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 ml oil
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 g natural yogurt
- 125 g desiccated coconut
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate shavings
- 12 scoops of confectionery (Raffaello)
- 1 pack of chocolate glaze
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
enough for approx. 12 pieces
Whisk the oil, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Gradually stir in the yogurt, chocolate shavings, and coconut flakes. Finally, combine the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Grease the muffin tins or, better yet, line them with paper baking cups. Spoon a spoonful of batter into each cup, place a scoop of Raffaello on top, and cover thoroughly with another spoonful. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat: 175°C) (test with a skewer). Once cooled, decorate with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with a few coconut flakes.
