Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g oat flakes
  • 3 eggs, size L
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Combine the eggs and quark. Add the oats, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Bake in a loaf pan at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes.
