Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 6 mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 spring onion(s), cut into rings
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder
  • Spice(s) to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Sauté the onion in a pan with oil. Add the vegetables to the pan in order and fry. Finally, season with plenty of oregano, a little paprika, salt, and pepper. Add more pepper for a little extra spice.
