Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 sheets of puff pastry, frozen
- 1 tsp, levelled cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- some honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Thaw the puff pastry and cut a slit lengthwise. Don’t tear the sheet, but leave a finger-width of space at the top. Mix the cinnamon, sugar, and coconut and divide it between the halves. To ensure the ingredients adhere to the dough, I fold them together again into thin strips. Then I twist each half and press the ends together with my fingers. Brush with honey for shine and sweetness. Bake in the oven at about 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
