Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 6 tbsp tomato paste
  • 400 g ketchup
  • 200 ml fruit juice (peach-passion fruit)
  • 4 tsp vinegar
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the onions, finely dice them, and sauté them in a little oil until translucent. Briefly sauté the curry powder and cayenne pepper. Stir in the tomato paste and sauté. Stir in the ketchup, peach and passion fruit juice, and vinegar and bring to a boil briefly. Finally, puree everything.
