Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Cake icing and decoration as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 15 minutes

Cream the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, flour, and baking powder and knead everything into a dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface, cut out cookies, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for 10 to 12 minutes. Once cooled, glaze and decorate as desired.
