Ham pasta with leek and tomato

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tagliatelle or similar
  • 250 g tomato(s) (cocktail tomatoes)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g sour cream or cream cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Herbs, fresh or frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat water in a pot and prepare the pasta. Dice the onion and brown it in a little butter in a pan. Cut the ham into pieces and add it to the onion. Slice the leek and add it to the pan. Add the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper. Add the sour cream or cream cheese and season to taste. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes, depending on their size, and add them to the pan. Add the herbs just before serving.
