Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pork, cut into pieces
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 shot of vinegar
- gravy
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- Sauce thickener
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the meat and onions. Add vinegar, a little water, meat juices, and a bay leaf. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until tender (in a pressure cooker for about 15-20 minutes). Add sweet cream and thicken with a sauce thickener. Serve with dumplings and salad.
