Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 bratwurst, large poultry sausages
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 small shallots
- 250 g pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Cut the sausages and shallots into small rings. Dice the vegetables. Sauté the sausages and shallots vigorously in the butter for 6 minutes. Add the vegetables and sauté for another 3 minutes. Deglaze with the tomato juice and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in the pasta, season, and sizzle for another 2 minutes.
