Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 45 g brown cane sugar
- 5 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 3 tbsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp salt, coarse
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp seeds (celery seeds)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Spice mix for ribs, chicken or pork
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, preferably by hand. If stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, the spice mix will keep for at least 6 months. For 450 g of meat, you’ll need 2-3 teaspoons, and for 1.8 kg of chicken, you’ll need 1 1/2-2 tablespoons.
