Dill sauce with fresh potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 dashes vinegar essence
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Silesian dill sauce

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, and mix well. Deglaze with the milk and season with sugar, salt, and vinegar essence. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Finally, stir in the dill and serve with fresh potatoes and a green salad. A piece of pork sausage also tastes good with the dish.
