Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g spaetzle
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150 g turkey breast, cut into strips, fried
  • 2 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaetzle as usual and drain well. Dice the onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Lightly fry in oil in a pan, add the turkey strips and spaetzle, and heat through. Season well with salt, pepper, and perhaps Maggi sauce. Sprinkle with chives.
