Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, room temperature
- 75 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crumble cake without a base
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until crumbles form. You can also substitute some of the flour with whole-wheat flour. Spread the crumbles loosely on a small baking sheet, making sure the crumbles touch each other. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (convection oven) or 200°C (fan oven), until the crumbles are golden brown. Let cool before eating to allow the crumbles to harden.
