Red fruit jelly

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g red fruits (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, currants, etc.)
  • 400 ml juice (e.g. apple juice)
  • 40 g semolina
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Delicious dessert for hot summer days

Peel and wash the fruit, place it in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Add the fruit juice and continue boiling for 3 minutes. Then mash the fruit slightly and slowly stir in the semolina evenly. Divide the red fruit compote among 4 bowls and refrigerate for about 1 hour. To serve, add a little cold milk to the bowls.
