Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Beat eggs and season with 1-2 tablespoons of oil and vinegar. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Fold the dressing into the potato salad.
