Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 5 tbsp Calvados
- 2 jars of apple compote, with pieces (375 g each)
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark or 20%)
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Drizzle the sponge fingers with 5 tablespoons of Calvados and top with the apple compote and pieces. Mix together the mascarpone, quark, and sugar. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener and fold in. Spread over the dessert as the final layer. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
