Ravioli salad with sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g dried ravioli
  • 2 eggs, boiled, finely diced
  • 3 gherkins, finely diced
  • 1 small onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 cup cream (sour cream)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • some salt and pepper
  • some parsley, chopped
  • possibly ham (diced nut ham)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and tasty

Cook the ravioli in plenty of salted water. Place in a sieve and drain. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. You can also add some finely diced halibut, but be careful with the salt.
