Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 package of mixed frozen berries
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some white chocolate, grated
  • some sugar,

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, then fold the sour cream into the cream. Thaw the berries with a little sugar. If you like, you can also use fresh berries and sugar them until they release their juice. Then layer everything. First the cream, then the berries, and so on. Finish with the cream and sour cream mixture and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Let it chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
