Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs, separated
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g flour
- 125 g cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
for the waffle maker
Whisk the fat until fluffy, gradually adding the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix the flour with the cornstarch and gradually stir into the fat mixture. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into the greased waffle iron in batches and bake.
