Curry noodles in 15 minutes

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 3 slices of Leberkäse
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Garlic, if you like
  • oil
  • 1 bottle of ketchup (curry ketchup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta. In the meantime, finely dice the meatloaf, onion, and, if desired, the garlic clove. Briefly fry everything in oil and set aside until the pasta is done. Place the pasta in a pot. Add the meatloaf, onion, and garlic, pour in the bottle of curry ketchup, and heat through. Tip: Regular ketchup also works; add curry powder accordingly.
