Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 2 chili peppers, green
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 170 ml cream
  • 170 ml crème fraîche
  • 120 g cheese, butter cheese
  • 120 g Gorgonzola

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Dice the bacon and fry in olive oil for 2 minutes. Slice the chili and garlic. Sprinkle the chili and garlic and sauté briefly. Combine the egg yolks with the cream and crème fraîche. Stir in both cheeses. Add the spaghetti to the bacon and fry briefly. Stir in the cheese mixture and remove from the heat after 30 seconds.
