Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar, heaped
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder, heaped
- 125 g coconut oil
- some rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for cakes, cookies and cold dogs
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the cocoa. Pour the fat into a saucepan and melt. Now slowly pour the hot fat into the mixture (eggs, sugar, cocoa) while continuing to mix. Finally, add a dash of rum. Continue processing the slightly cooled chocolate glaze. This amount is enough for one baking sheet.
