Cucumber and tuna bites

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 tbsp sour cream, or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon balm
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cucumber(s), not too thick
  • Dill or red bell pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the cream cheese until smooth, add the tuna, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped herbs. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper. Cut the cucumber into 1 cm thick slices and place 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on each slice. Garnish with a sprig of dill or red bell pepper.
