Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, cold
  • 140 g flour
  • 35 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g almond(s), grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 3 packs of vanilla sugar, organic bourbon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Crumble the cold butter and flour, add the powdered sugar, almonds, and salt, and quickly knead. Chill for 30 minutes. Shape the croissants, place them on baking sheets, and bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. Mix the sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar together and toss the hot croissants in the mixture. This recipe makes about 1-2 baking sheets, depending on the size of the croissants.
