Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 sausages
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 2 packs of tomato puree
- e.g. lasagna sheet(s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- some cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- possibly spice mix, e.g. Arrabiatage spice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Always good!
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Finely chop the onion and sausages and fry them. Deglaze with the pureed tomatoes and season. If desired, you can also add a spicy spice mix. Layer the lasagna sheets alternately in a baking dish. The last layer is the sausage sauce. Spread crème fraîche over the lasagna and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
