Fish casserole with mashed potatoes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of mashed potatoes
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cube of sauce, light
  • 500 g fish fillet(s) (frozen)
  • ½ bag(s) of vegetables (butter pan vegetables, type of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions, but use 3/4 liter of milk and 1 tablespoon of butter. If you like, you can also add a few herbs to the mashed potatoes! Spread the mashed potatoes into a buttered casserole dish, place the thawed fish fillet (pollock, etc.) on top, and arrange the frozen vegetables on top of the fish. I think you could also use fresh fish—although I used frozen. Prepare a cube of light sauce with 1/4 liter of milk and pour it over the vegetables. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes.
