- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper

Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into approximately 1×3 cm pieces. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the bell peppers until soft. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper. Peel and slice the banana, add it to the bell peppers, and toss briefly. Serve immediately. Serve with plain pork schnitzel, roasted chicken, or turkey schnitzel and rice.
